DENZA Z Electric Supercar Arrives at Domestic Dealers, Launching Q4 2026

The DENZA Z all-electric four-seat sports car has begun arriving at authorized dealerships nationwide in preparation for its official launch in Q4 2026. The vehicle previously entered pre-sale in China at a price of RMB 680,000 and features a tri-motor powertrain delivering a peak output of 1,180 kW (1,582 hp).

According to Auto News China, the DENZA Z is offered in two variants: the standard Coupe and the Track Edition. The standard version features a silver body with blacked-out A/B/C pillars and roof, plus semi-concealed door handles. Its dimensions are 4,780 × 1,990 × 1,330 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,780 mm. The interior includes a D-shaped steering wheel, shift-by-wire controls, a 12.8-inch central touchscreen, digital rearview mirror, and an 8.88-inch fully digital instrument cluster. Physical buttons occupy the center console, while the center console houses only a single cupholder, along with a wireless phone charging pad and fragrance system. Seats are upholstered in a combination of leather and Alcantara.

The Track Edition comes standard with retractable door handles — a design set to be banned in China effective January 1, 2027. This variant features an orange paint scheme, aggressive front and rear bumpers, and a large fixed rear wing. Its wheels are black-finished, fitted with staggered tires: 275/35 R20 up front and 325/30 R21 at the rear, paired with orange brake calipers. Its top speed reaches Suda 350 km/h, and its interior adds more orange accents and carbon fiber trim.

Powertrain-wise, the DENZA Z adopts a tri-motor layout: a TZ220QYD motor (500 kW / 670 hp) drives the front axle, while dual TZ226XYG motors on the rear axle jointly deliver 680 kW (912 hp), for a system-wide peak output of 1,180 kW. Energy is supplied by a 76 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery supporting fast charging. Official figures list its 0–100 km/h acceleration time at 1.96 seconds and its WLTP range between 380 km and 410 km.

Notably, the DENZA Z also entered pre-sale in the UK, where the entry-level Coupe starts at £142,900 (approximately USD 193,500). As of now, the vehicle has not yet officially launched in the Chinese market and remains in the pre-sale and dealer rollout phase.
