On June 23, DENZA launched the N8L Flash Charge Edition, with official prices ranging from ¥319,800 to ¥349,800. Two trim levels are offered. As a premium variant of DENZA’s large intelligent plug-in hybrid SUV, the new model delivers comprehensive upgrades across its powertrain, intelligent driving capabilities, and luxury experience—further cementing its flagship position in China’s NEV SUV segment above ¥300,000.

The exterior retains DENZA’s family design language: a bold, upright front fascia features dual parallel DRLs with a diagonal accent strip between them; main headlights are concealed within sculpted lens housings. A trapezoidal lower grille with refined chrome trim enhances visual stability. Side profile lines are clean and elongated; the D-pillar is seamlessly integrated for improved cohesion, while electric side steps pair elegantly with high-visibility decorative strips along the lower body. The rear echoes the front’s design logic with minimalist, horizontal LED taillights. Overall dimensions are 5,200 × 1,999 × 1,820 mm, with a wheelbase of 3,075 mm—placing it firmly in the large SUV category.
The interior embraces minimalist tech aesthetics: a floating central touchscreen, dedicated flat surface for the front passenger, and an open-concept center console with under-console storage—all balancing practicality and design sophistication. Standard equipment includes NAPPA leather ‘Yunqi’ seats, a vehicle-mounted refrigerator, and a rear-seat entertainment screen. The 2+2+2 six-seat layout caters equally to business and family use cases.
The powertrain marks the core upgrade: a 2.0T engine paired with a tri-motor PHEV architecture delivers a combined system output of 560 kW. It’s mated to a 75.26 kWh second-generation Blade Battery, enabling a CLTC pure-electric range of 430 km and a total combined range (full fuel + full charge) of 1,550 km. Most notably, its ‘Flash Charge’ capability allows meaningful range replenishment in just 5 minutes—and achieves 10%–80% state-of-charge in only 9 minutes—significantly easing long-distance charging anxiety.
Intelligence-wise, the N8L Flash Charge Edition comes standard with DENZA’s in-house ‘Shen Shen Zhi Yan 5.0’ advanced driver-assistance system, covering highway NOA, urban navigation-assisted driving, and automated parking. While sharing its underlying technology platform with BYD’s Tang DM-i, this model distinguishes itself through brand positioning, chassis tuning, and deeper intelligent integration—targeting middle-class families and business users who prioritize space, performance, and cutting-edge tech experience.
