Geely's Geely AtlasL i-HEV hybrid model will make its world premiere on the public days of the 2026 Chengdu Motor Show. According to Geely's official social media, the new model adopts the i-HEV Smart Hybrid Powertrain technology and introduces a roof-mounted LiDAR for the first time in the Geely AtlasL lineup — signaling a significant upgrade in intelligent driving capability.

The exterior retains the 'Mountain-and-River Elegance' design language: the front fascia features a large vertical waterfall-style grille, topped by a star-ring full-width light bar that seamlessly integrates with the LED headlights; the front bumper includes sporty air ducts. The roof-mounted LiDAR serves as a visual focal point, confirming the adoption of the G-ASD H5 advanced driver-assistance system — supporting both highway and urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) functions. Specific capabilities and service availability remain unannounced.
Body dimensions measure 4730/1910/1710 mm (L/W/H), with a 2785-mm wheelbase. Conventional physical door handles and dynamic character lines complement multi-spoke alloy wheels. The rear end features boomerang-shaped taillights paired with a full-width LED unit containing 190 individual LEDs — its 2.9-meter-long light strip delivers a three-dimensional lighting effect when illuminated.

The interior embraces minimalist tech aesthetics, featuring a 15.4-inch 2.5K central touchscreen, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a 25.6-inch AR-HUD. The infotainment system runs Flyme Auto, powered by the automotive-grade 7nm Lynx One chip, with 16GB RAM + 128GB storage. Its AI computing power is rated at twice that of the Qualcomm 8155 chip. Front seats include lumbar support, leg rests, heating, ventilation, massage, and headrest speakers; the front passenger seat adopts a 'Queen Seat' configuration. The vehicle is equipped with the Flyme Sound 16-speaker audio system, supporting 7.1.2 immersive surround sound.
Under the hood, the Geely AtlasL i-HEV pairs a dedicated 1.5TD hybrid engine — achieving a thermal efficiency of 48.41% — with a drive motor delivering peak output of 230 kW. In WLTC testing, the electric motor powers the vehicle approximately 80% of the time. Compared to the conventional fuel-powered variants (1.5T/2.0T engines producing 133 kW / 160 kW and peak torque of 290 N·m / 325 N·m, mated to a 7-speed DCT), the i-HEV version employs a fundamentally different power architecture and energy management logic. Final technical specifications and trim details will be officially unveiled at the Chengdu Motor Show.
