Leapmotor has officially announced that its new global model, the B03X — marketed as the A10 in China — has opened pre-orders in Europe. Positioned as a smart urban crossover, the B03X integrates cutting-edge technology, multi-scenario practicality, and daily commuting friendliness, marking a pivotal move in Leapmotor's accelerated international expansion.

The vehicle starts at €24,900 in Europe (approximately $24,900 USD); exact delivery timing has not yet been disclosed. Notably, the European B03X is not a simple badge-engineered variant — it features significant powertrain upgrades: a front-wheel-drive single motor delivering a peak output of 145 kW (195 hp) and 200 N·m of torque, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in 8.6 seconds and reaching a top speed of 160 km/h.
Compared with the domestically sold A10, the B03X delivers markedly stronger performance. The Chinese-market A10 offers only two motor options: maximum outputs of 70 kW and 90 kW, both with identical peak torque of 150 N·m. This confirms the B03X is not a direct import but a dedicated, market-specific powertrain calibration for overseas customers.
In terms of range, the B03X offers two high-density LFP battery options: a 39.8 kWh pack delivers up to 292 km under WLTP conditions; the larger 53.0 kWh version achieves up to 382 km WLTP range. Both support 2.5C fast charging, enabling a charge from 30% to 80% in approximately 16 minutes.
Exterior dimensions measure 4,270 mm (L) × 1,810 mm (W) × 1,635 mm (H), with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm. The front fascia features a trapezoidal lower grille and functional air intakes integrated into the fog lamp area, enhancing both sporty aesthetics and thermal efficiency. Inside, the vehicle runs Leap OS 4.0 digital ecosystem and includes a 106-liter underfloor trunk; rear seat cushions fold upward by 60 degrees to maximize cargo flexibility.
Public records indicate the A10 launched in China at the end of March 2026 and ranked fourth among new-energy vehicle sales in May — earning industry recognition as the "Geely Xingyuan killer." With Xingyuan already established in Europe, Leapmotor's swift follow-up with the B03X signals intensified competition in the compact pure-electric crossover segment.
