The all-new mid-to-large-size intelligent BEV SUV — the 2025 Avatr Avatr 07L, co-developed by Avatr, Changan Automobile, and Huawei — has officially entered pre-sale in the Chinese market. The top-tier tri-motor AWD variant delivers a maximum power output of 712 kW (955 hp) and peak torque of 996 N·m. Its official starting price is ¥279,900 (approx. $41,480), with a limited-time promotional price beginning at ¥269,900 (approx. $40,000). Meanwhile, the RWD entry-level version is also now on sale at ¥219,900 (approx. $32,590).

Positioned as a five-seat mid-to-large crossover SUV, the Avatr 07L was designed by Avatr's Munich Design Center in Germany. It features signature design elements including split LED headlights, semi-concealed door handles, a full-width taillight, and sculptural rear wheel arches. Its dimensions are 4,910 mm × 1,980 mm × 1,650 mm (L×W×H), with a wheelbase of 2,990 mm. The "Qiankun" logo from Huawei is embedded on the B-pillar, underscoring its deep intelligent-driving collaboration.
Inside, the vehicle features a 35.4-inch narrow AR-HUD instrument display mounted across the lower edge of the windshield — compatible with optional digital exterior mirrors. The center console hosts a 15.6-inch large touchscreen running HarmonyOS. Front seats support zero-gravity mode, while rear seatbacks offer 130° electric recline. Standard equipment includes Nappa leather upholstery and suede-like headliner; doors feature 6-mm double-glazed acoustic glass; and the audio system can be upgraded to include up to 25 Huawei speakers. For driver assistance, every trim comes standard with the Huawei Qiankun ADS 5.0 system, equipped with a 896-line LiDAR.
Powertrain and range: The RWD version uses a single motor producing 305 kW (409 hp), paired with a CATL 89.33 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, delivering a CLTC-rated range of 725 km, 0–100 km/h acceleration in 5.9 seconds, and a top speed of 200 km/h. The tri-motor AWD version adopts a front-one/rear-two motor layout: a 210 kW (282 hp) front motor plus two 251 kW (337 hp) rear motors, yielding a combined system output of 712 kW (955 hp) / 996 N·m. Its CLTC range is 650 km, 0–100 km/h sprint drops to just 3.7 seconds, and it supports 800V high-voltage fast charging — charging from 30% to 80% takes under 10 minutes.
In terms of cargo space, the Avatr 07L offers 735 liters of standard trunk volume (enough for 11 x 20-inch suitcases); folding down the rear seats expands capacity to 1,645 liters. The front trunk provides 100 liters (fits one 20-inch suitcase), and the front seats can fully recline to form two 2-meter-long "beds." Optional equipment includes an in-car projector, further enhancing adaptability for mobile lifestyle scenarios.
