LuxceedRX Pre-orders Open: Quad-LiDAR + 852 km Range, Starting at ¥299,800

On August 20, the Luxceed brand officially launched pre-orders for the LuxceedRX, offering two trims with starting prices of ¥299,800 and ¥359,800, respectively. As Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance's first mid-to-heavy-duty SUV bearing the "X" naming convention, the LuxceedRX adopts a low-slung, sporty FUV (Family Utility Vehicle) form factor — targeting young tech-savvy users and the premium BEV family market.

Exterior design features a three-dimensional floating body structure: dark-toned, sculpted fender arches and side sills visually separate upper and lower sections — enhancing a "floating top / grounded bottom" dynamic stance. The front fascia mounts "L"-shaped Star-Eye headlights, each integrating 90 LED star crystals with glass lenses and ultra-thin nano-metallic film to deepen light projection and improve optical clarity. Ten strategically placed aerodynamic ducts — including front fender air guides, side air curtains, rear bumper lateral vents, virtual wipers, and perforated side mirrors — optimize airflow management. The rear employs a full-width crystal taillight, internally composed of over 10,000 randomly arranged crystal elements for a naturally faceted, gemstone-like lighting effect; it also features an active rear diffuser that automatically deploys up to 32 degrees in welcome mode and retracts during reverse gear.

The vehicle measures 5020 mm × 2007 mm × 1585 mm, with a wheelbase of 3000 mm. Exterior color options include Flash Butterfly Blue, Star Rose Pink, Titanium Sky Silver, Aurora Green, Obsidian Black, and Warm Cloud White — paired with five distinct large-diameter wheel designs catering to low-drag, sporty, and personalized styling needs.

Inside, the cabin draws inspiration from a "floating wing" motif, accented with metallic trim and vibrant contrast stitching to reinforce its sporty character. The cockpit includes a digital instrument cluster, a 16.1-inch central touchscreen, an 8.88-inch front passenger display, and a 26-inch AR-HUD. A D-shaped leather-wrapped steering wheel and intelligent adaptive sport seats further elevate driver–vehicle interaction.

For intelligent driving, the LuxceedRX is equipped with a quad-LiDAR matrix and 38 fused perception sensors — building a full-stack redundant architecture designed for L3-level autonomous driving, covering redundancy across power supply, communications, perception, steering, and braking systems.

The powertrain leverages the Huawei Whale Battery platform, offering both single-motor and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor variant uses the YY67TZ210A05 drive motor (max output: 277 kW); the dual-motor version pairs the YY67YS210A06 (160 kW) and YY67TZ210A05 (277 kW) motors. Battery packs come in three capacities — 100.424 kWh, 100.256 kWh, and 81.1 kWh — delivering CLTC all-electric ranges of 753 km, 700 km, 852 km, 822 km, 702 km, and 672 km, respectively — with the highest figure (852 km) achieved by a specific configuration.

Notably, upon launch, the LuxceedRX will enter direct competition with the Xiaomi YU7. Both models belong to the low-slung sporty FUV segment, share similar design language, and overlap significantly in pricing — engaging in differentiated technical rivalry along two axes: "intelligent driving & handling performance" versus "versatile family-tech capability."
