Xiaomi Pengcheng N70/N90 to Launch in September; July Deliveries Exceed 30,000 Units

Recently, Xiaomi Auto announced that its vehicle deliveries in July exceeded 30,000 units for the third consecutive month. This sustained growth follows the strong ramp-up of SU7 deliveries, though the company did not disclose the breakdown by model or whether export volumes are included.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi's all-new mid-to-large-size extended-range SUV series — the Pengcheng N70 and N90 — officially opened for pre-order on July 30 and are scheduled to launch in September. The Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 Max carries a pre-order price of ¥259,900 and is positioned as a large five-seat, all-wheel-drive extended-range SUV; the Xiaomi SkyNomad 90 Max is priced from ¥299,900 and targets the large seven-seat flagship extended-range SUV segment.

In terms of dimensions, the N70 measures 4960 × 1998 × 1765 mm with a wheelbase of 2950 mm; the N90 stretches to 5285 × 1998 × 1825 mm with a 3080-mm wheelbase. Both models feature a 1.5T range extender and dual-motor powertrains (maximum outputs of 210 kW and 100 kW respectively), and offer two battery options: 76 kWh and 52 kWh. The N70 achieves up to 505 km CLTC all-electric range; the N90 delivers 464 km CLTC all-electric range and a combined CLTC range of 1,705 km.

For intelligent cockpits, the N90 features an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, a 20-inch head-up display, and a 16.1-inch central touchscreen running the HyperOS cockpit system, powered by the Qualcomm 8650 cockpit chip. Its interior adopts a 2-2-3 seven-seat layout, with a sliding center console, front-row 180° rotating seats, and four zero-gravity seats. In contrast, the N70 focuses on five-seat practicality and has not disclosed similar premium interior features.

Notably, Xiaomi Auto has yet to announce final pricing, immediate post-launch delivery timelines, or the coverage of its sales and service network for the Pengcheng series. All current prices and specifications remain subject to pre-order information only, and actual configurations and delivery schedules await further official confirmation.
