Voyah Passion S to launch pre-orders on July 24, equipped with four LiDARs and Huawei ADS 5

A new pure-electric mid-to-large SUV from VOYAH Automobile — Voyah Passion S — will open pre-orders on July 24, 2026. Targeting a youth-oriented market, the vehicle has yet to reveal its final pricing or official delivery timeline. It is confirmed, however, to feature four LiDAR units and the HUAWEI Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving assistance system.

The exterior emphasizes sportiness, adopting a fastback, low-slung profile. The entire vehicle features ten full-width air ducts, eighteen cooling vents, and dual active intake grilles. Twenty-one-inch wheels pair with sporty brake calipers, while the rear integrates a carbon-fiber spoiler to enhance visual impact. Its dimensions are 5050 mm (L) × 1998 mm (W) × 1656 mm (H), with a wheelbase of 3000 mm — fitting squarely within the mid-to-large SUV segment.

The cabin offers three color schemes: Light Cloud Beige, Dawn Orange, and Moonshadow Black. It features a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and a large integrated infotainment display paired with a dedicated passenger-side screen. Notably, the vehicle introduces the 'Lanqing Sound Engine' interactive function: pressing both paddle shifters simultaneously triggers a supercar engine audio effect, while also activating supercar-mode visuals across the instrument cluster and AR-HUD.

In terms of intelligent features, Voyah Passion S carries a total of 32 perception sensors — including four LiDARs, three forward-facing distributed 4D millimeter-wave radars, two rear-facing millimeter-wave radars, eleven high-definition cameras, and twelve parking radars. Its primary LiDAR delivers 896 lines of resolution; complemented by three DTOF fill-in LiDARs (mounted left, right, and at the rear), the system achieves up to 120 meters of detection range for obstacles as low as 14 cm — and as close as 15 cm from the vehicle body — significantly enhancing all-scenario perception redundancy.

Powertrain-wise, per MIIT's regulatory filing, Voyah Passion S uses the TZ220QY002 drive motor, rated at a peak output of 300 kW. It offers two battery options — 81.6 kWh and 98.1 kWh — with corresponding CLTC all-electric ranges of 630 km and 700 km, respectively. Specific drivetrain configuration (single/dual motor), 0–100 km/h acceleration time, and charging performance metrics remain unannounced.
