GWM H10 Releases Vehicle Purchase Rights Protection Statement, Officially Cracks Down on Price Markups and Bundled Sales

Brand's First 'Boxy New Species' SUV Sells Out Immediately at Launch; Manufacturer Reaffirms Full-Price Transparency, Zero Markup, Zero Bundling

On August 17, Great Wall Motors Automobile officially released its GWM H10 User Vehicle Purchase Rights Protection Statement, drawing a firm line against recent market abuses — including unauthorized channel price markups, bundled sales, and false delivery promises — emphasizing strict adherence to the official recommended retail price across all models and resolutely prohibiting markups, mandatory accessories, designated insurance providers, and hidden financial service fees.

As Great Wall Motors Automobile's first mid-to-large-size SUV branded directly under the parent "Great Wall Motors" name, the H10 is officially defined as a "boxy new species," integrating MPV-level comfort and spaciousness, urban SUV intelligence, and versatile off-road capability for all scenarios. The vehicle offers both large five-seat and large six-seat configurations, with four trims total and an official manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) range of ¥209,800–¥231,800; limited-time trade-in incentives bring the effective price down to ¥201,800–¥223,800.

The statement notes that amid surging order volumes, some non-authorized dealers have lured customers online with claims of "priority delivery" or "abnormally low prices," only to profit via forced accessory packages, mandated insurance providers, or concealed financial service charges — prompting multiple user complaints. Great Wall Motors Automobile urges consumers to watch out for five key risks: deceptive discount traps, unfulfilled delivery promises, vague or unfair contract terms (including clauses), failure to honor official lifetime powertrain and battery warranties, and personal data leakage.

Great Wall Motors Automobile solemnly pledges: All H10 models are sold exclusively through authorized dealers, the official Great Wall Motors app, and the brand's e-commerce platform; all models adhere to a unified MSRP, with zero markup, zero exaggerated benefits, and zero bundled sales — the entire fee structure remains fully transparent. The company adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward any violation and reserves the right to investigate and hold violators accountable.

Design-wise, the H10 adopts the "Fangding Aesthetics" language — featuring straight, bold body lines with minimal curved surfaces. Its dimensions are 5138 (5299) × 2050 × 1970 mm (L×W×H), with a wheelbase of 3000 mm, positioning it firmly in the mid-to-large SUV segment. For intelligent driving, it features the Coffee Pilot 3 system equipped with 27 sensors — including lidar — enabling fused perception up to 250 meters forward, 120 meters laterally, and 150 meters rearward, supporting full-scenario NOA and seamless parking-to-parking intelligent driving. Its powertrain combines a 1.5T engine with a dual-motor Hi4 hybrid architecture: the engine delivers peak output of 123 kW and 243 N·m; front and rear motors produce 100 kW and 220 kW respectively; the system's combined maximum output reaches 440 kW with peak torque of 722 N·m; it pairs with a dedicated 4-speed hybrid transmission, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds. It carries a 42.8 kWh battery pack, delivering a CLTC all-electric range of 232 km / 227 km and a maximum combined range of 1,404 km — with 126 km of range added in just 15 minutes of fast charging.
