Arcfox Alpha T7 Q3 Delivery: Reviving Huawei Intelligent Driving, Dominating Range & Space

Arcfox, that once wowed the industry with the world's first mass-produced Huawei HI-branded model, is re-entering the core Huawei intelligent driving ecosystem with its all-new flagship SUV — the Alpha T7. Dubbed by insiders as a 'second bet,' this model is scheduled to open pre-orders in mid-to-late August 2026 and officially launch deliveries in September — though official pricing and detailed specifications remain unannounced.

The Alpha T7 offers both battery electric (BEV) and extended-range (EREV) powertrains. The BEV version delivers CLTC ranges of 715 km and 650 km; the EREV version offers a CLTC all-electric range of 232 km. All variants feature an 800V high-voltage fast-charging platform. At 5,020 mm in length and 3,040 mm in wheelbase, the Alpha T7 significantly outpaces rivals like ZEEKR 7X (2,925 mm wheelbase), making rear-seat space a clear point of differentiation.

Battery supply adopts a dual-sourcing strategy: higher trims use CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, while entry-level versions pair with EVE LFP batteries. The vehicle is manufactured and chassis-tuned at Magna's Zhenjiang facility. Its design language continues ARC-FLOW's 'Ultimate Intelligence Flow,' featuring full-width nebula headlights and light-blade taillights. Four exterior colors are offered — Nebula Purple, Forest Green, Full Moon White, and Deep Space Gray — with optional 19-inch or 21-inch wheels; the 21-inch variant includes yellow four-piston calipers.

For intelligent driving, the Alpha T7 explicitly rejoins the HUAWEI Qiankun ADS ecosystem, offering two hardware configurations: a roof-mounted LiDAR version for the ADS 5 Advanced Intelligent Driving System, and an in-cabin LiDAR version for the ADS Pro Enhanced system — mirroring AITO M6's strategy closely. Notably, HUAWEI Qiankun ADS intelligent driving systems have now surpassed 1.7 million cumulative installations, reflecting vastly improved technical maturity and validation scale compared to the HI edition's debut five years ago. Though Arcfox has shifted from being the 'sole flagship' to 'one member of the ecosystem,' reliability and iteration efficiency are now even more robust.

In the market, if the rumored starting price truly lands near ¥180,000, the Alpha T7 will exert tangible pressure on popular BEV SUVs such as ZEEKR 7X and Xiaomi YU7 within the ¥200,000 segment. However, final pricing, delivery timelines, and full functionality rollout of Huawei intelligent driving features still await official confirmation.
