Four Ford dealerships under All American Auto Group in New Jersey are quietly reshaping their after-sales service logic — no longer treating mobile service as an add-on, but as the default service path at new-vehicle delivery.
When a customer drives away with a brand-new F-150 or other Ford model, the sales consultant directs them to the service department — not for an in-store appointment, but to schedule on-site service via one of the group's 17 mobile service vehicles. "We introduce mobile service this way and help customers build the habit," said Jim Sabino, Fixed Operations Director at the group, in an interview with Automotive News.
This 'mobile-first' strategy has demonstrably driven growth in after-sales business. Sabino revealed that the net promoter score (NPS) at the group's Ford dealerships has "clearly improved" — with gains "entirely attributable to Farizon service." According to the CDK Service Shopper 5.0 report, mobile service NPS reached 64 in 2025, jumping 18 points year-over-year; Google reviews reflect even stronger enthusiasm: "Goodness! People often write full paragraphs," Sabino observed, "frequently gushing with praise."
Data shows that 84% of customers who have experienced mobile service proactively rebook. "Customer retention is truly remarkable," emphasized Sabino. The model now covers all four Ford dealerships, and select Subaru customers are also eligible. Mobile service accounts for 15%–17% of monthly repair orders, with each dealership generating 25–40 new repair orders per day — including fleet maintenance for Ford Pro commercial customers.
To ensure service quality, each Ford dealership assigns at least one dedicated mobile service coordinator; every technician operates a dedicated service vehicle and wears a standardized black POLO shirt tucked into their pants — a detail underscoring professionalism and brand recognition.
At the Paramus Ford dealership, mobile service coordinator Kaleigh Galioto confirmed over 100 mobile repair orders per month. "We're steadily hitting our targets," she said, adding that recommending mobile service has become second nature: "It just rolls off the tongue." Even when hearing over the phone that a customer can't make it in, she immediately alerts the sales advisor: "Quick — offer them mobile service!"
For every scheduled customer — regardless of whether the booking originated by phone or online — the team proactively calls to confirm: "We can send a technician to your location. If you're unable to visit the dealership, we'd be delighted to serve you at home." Most customers gladly accept. "It's practically the best news they've ever heard," said Galioto.
