By brand, the Red Badge Wuling line sold 36,726 units in August, while the Silver Badge Wuling line delivered 47,139 units; overseas exports reached 38,660 units/sets. Notably, Huajing Auto — a new premium brand jointly launched by SAIC-GM-Wuling and Huawei — saw its first production model, the Huajing S, deliver 7,306 units in August, becoming one of the month's key growth drivers. Positioned as a large intelligent plug-in hybrid SUV, the Huajing S carries a price range of RMB 159,800–203,800.

Built on the Tianyu L architecture, the Huajing S comes standard with Huawei's intelligent cockpit and ADAS suite — the 'Huawei Intelligent Full Package' — and debuts the in-cabin LiDAR Limera technology. It is also the first model equipped with the enhanced Qiankun ADS Pro system, enabling urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot); official sources confirm that an over-the-air (OTA) upgrade to Qiankun ADS Pro+ will follow.

Powertrain-wise, the vehicle adopts Lingxi Power 3.0 — a plug-in hybrid system comprising a 1.5T engine (max power: 105 kW) and electric motor(s). The single-motor front-wheel-drive variant features a 200 kW motor paired with either a 31 kWh or 41.9 kWh battery pack, delivering CLTC all-electric ranges of 200 km and 255 km respectively, and WLTC combined ranges of 1,133 km and 1,145 km. The dual-motor AWD version pairs front and rear motors rated at 200 kW and 186 kW respectively, exclusively with the 41.9 kWh battery, achieving a CLTC all-electric range of 235 km and a WLTC combined range of 1,020 km.

In addition, SAIC-GM-Wuling rolled out multiple purchase incentives: the Binguo Pro qualifies for a RMB 2,500 configuration upgrade (including power tailgate and front trunk), RMB 3,000 worth of 3M sun film, lifetime warranty on the three-electric systems, three years of in-vehicle data, and a RMB 588 package redeemable for up to RMB 1,799 in charging services; the Hongguang EV offers RMB 1,000 off RMB 3,000 vehicle price, plus up to RMB 6,000 in replacement subsidies.
