Epicland X9 to Launch Late September, Starting Pre-Order at ¥299,800

On September 5, Yijing Auto officially announced that its all-new full-size SUV — the Epicland X9 — will launch in late September 2026. The vehicle is now open for pre-order, with three trims offered at a pre-order price range of ¥299,800–¥379,800. Notably, show cars are rolling out to a total of 198 sales outlets across 77 cities nationwide, enabling customers to experience the vehicle in person.

As the first flagship SUV from the new joint venture brand co-developed by Dongfeng and Huawei, the Epicland X9 deeply integrates HUAWEI Qiankun ADS's six intelligent solutions — including a 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR and the HarmonySpace 6-seat cockpit. Built on the 'Jingwei Flowing Light' design philosophy, its front fascia features an integrated Starlight Intelligent Headlamp System with a full-width light bar stretching 1.83 meters. It also mounts Huawei's HUAWEI IXPIXEL million-pixel smart projection headlamps, supporting dynamic road projection and multimodal lighting interaction.

The rear adopts a full-width taillight composed of 1,172 industry-smallest ISD LEDs, delivering a refined starry-sky visual effect when illuminated. Exterior color options include Andes Gray, Bordeaux Purple, Lisbon Black, Alps White, Prague Golden Brown, and Tuscany Red. Measuring 5,301 × 2,015 × 1,820 mm with a 3,120-mm wheelbase, the Epicland X9 is positioned as a full-size SUV.

Inside, the Epicland X9 features an enveloping cabin layout with dual 17.2-inch butterfly-wing dual-screen displays, each boasting 3,400 × 1,440 resolution. It runs the HarmonySpace 6-seat cockpit system powered by MoLA 2.0 architecture and the XiaoYi Intelligent Agent 2.0 — a full-scenario conversational AI assistant. Also onboard is the detachable AI companion robot 'HAMOMO', designed for expressive status feedback and child travel companionship.

The seating adopts a 2+2+2 six-seat configuration: front seats offer heating, ventilation, and massage functions; second-row seats are dual zero-gravity seats; third-row seats recline up to 133°. With all seats occupied, trunk capacity stands at 484 L; with four passengers, it expands to 1,368 L. Interior color schemes include Dawn White, Shao Hua Apricot, Chixia Orange, Wilderness Brown, and Mu Yun Purple.

For intelligent driving, all trims come standard with the 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR. Higher trims feature the Qiankun ADS 5 Max full-stack solution with four LiDARs, enabling full-scenario navigation and roaming mode. Powertrain-wise, the Epicland X9 uses an extended-range architecture: a 1.5T range extender delivers peak power of 95 kW; the dual-motor AWD version produces a combined 420 kW, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds. The entire lineup leverages an 800V high-voltage platform and a 74.29 kWh battery pack, offering a CLTC all-electric range of 465 km and a total range exceeding 1,500 km. Chassis hardware includes front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension, dual-chamber air suspension, EDC continuously variable damping shock absorbers, and rear-wheel steering.
