IM Motors recently unveiled official images of the 2025 IM LS6, confirming the model will officially debut in September 2026.

The new model retains the current 'Ground-Based A320' aviation-inspired design language Everus, keeping consistent styling cues including its side profile, Falcon Smart Lighting 2.0 system, and dual five-spoke alloy wheels; frameless doors and flush door handles are also carried over. Notably, the front-facing roof-mounted LiDAR appears larger in the official images — potentially enabling higher-level intelligent driving capabilities.
The 'NEXT·2028' badge visible in the official images points to IM Motors' recently announced long-term technology strategy, hinting at future integration of the NEO tri-powertrain architecture, full-drive-by-wire chassis, and IM's Claw AI agent. As of now, IM has not disclosed interior details or powertrain specifications for the new LS6. The current production LS6 offers both all-electric and extended-range variants: the extended-range version pairs a 1.5T engine with a rear-mounted motor (max output 230 kW), delivering CLTC all-electric ranges of 370 km or 450 km; the all-electric versions include single-motor RWD (245 kW / 300 kW) and dual-motor AWD (front 200 kW + rear 300 kW, system total 500 kW), with CLTC ranges of 650 km, 750 km, and 802 km respectively.
