Lotus FOR ME Scura to Launch on September 22! Coupe SUV, Limited Edition, Matte Finish

Lotus has officially announced that the FOR ME Scura will debut and launch on September 22. As the third limited-edition model in the Scura family, the new vehicle is a high-performance coupe SUV variant of the current FOR ME, featuring full-width taillights and a low-drag silhouette.

'Scura' means 'shadow' in Italian — symbolizing the most powerful iteration of each Lotus generation. Official teasers emphasize that the car is 'non-reflective, understated,' suggesting a matte body finish and possibly a new-energy powertrain. The current FOR ME is built on Lotus's 900V Luyao Ultra-Hybrid architecture (X-Hybrid), equipped with a 2.0T engine plus dual electric motors, delivering a system output of up to 952 hp and accelerating from 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds (3.5 seconds when battery charge ≥10%). The FOR ME Scura will undergo further optimization per Lotus's LTS engineering-exclusive calibration standards; final performance specs will be revealed at the launch event.
