Stepping into the cabin, the orange and black two-tone interior creates an atmosphere that blends sportiness and luxury. The center console is slightly tilted towards the driver, with a three-screen interactive system consisting of a 15.6-inch 2.5K central control screen, a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel, and a 16:9 passenger entertainment screen. The steering wheel has an oval shape and a solid grip; the seats are upholstered in perforated leather and Alcantara, balancing support and breathability. Notably, there are no obvious redundant physical buttons in the car, with functions highly integrated into the HUAWEI HiCar ecosystem.

Powertrain: The range extender system is smooth, but it's not the core focus of this review.

The test vehicle was the Wenjie M6 Extended Range Ultra version, equipped with a 1.5T four-cylinder range extender and drive motor. • ✅ Although Scenario 5 (left-turn waiting area) and Scenario 12 (tidal flow lane) were passed, there is room for optimization, such as conservative strategies and late lane changing timing;
• ❌ Park navigation, three-point U-turn, extremely narrow roads, and roundabouts under overpasses – a total of 4 items failed, and the system prompted that the system could not take over or start the navigation function.

Overall, ADS MAX demonstrates maturity in complex intersection maneuvering, multi-target prediction, and defensive driving, exhibiting strong predictive capabilities, particularly in high-risk scenarios such as unprotected left turns and navigating residential areas. However, it still relies on manual intervention when facing closed parks without map support, extremely narrow spaces, and roundabouts with multiple obstructions. The system degrades frequently, and prompts are repeated often, placing higher demands on the user's sustained attention.

Price: Starting from 279,800 yuan; the cost of the intelligent driving option is not low.

The Wenjie M6 Extended Range Ultra version has a suggested retail price of 279,800 yuan, which includes the Huawei Qiankun ADS MAX intelligent driving system . It's worth noting that ADS MAX is a high-end optional package, more expensive than the ADS PRO version, and the overall cost of intelligent driving options has increased since version 7.1. For budget-sensitive users, whether to pay tens of thousands more for intelligent driving requires careful evaluation based on their frequent usage scenarios.

In summary: Strong perception and stable execution, but still far from "truly driverless" driving.
