Li L6 Four-Laser-Radar Variant Spotted! Launch Imminent in July

Recently, Liu Jie, Deputy General Manager of Li Auto, shared real-world images of the new Li Auto L6 on social media, captioning them: "The 'Black Knight' finish looks truly impressive!" The model is scheduled to officially launch in July, emphasizing dual upgrades in intelligent hardware and all-electric range.

The new variant will offer a 'Black Knight' trim featuring black paint and darkened alloy wheels. The license plate holder has been relocated upward onto the tailgate, while most other design elements remain consistent with the current model. The front active grille has received dedicated optimization, aligning the overall styling more closely with Li Auto L9 Livis. Intelligent sensing hardware has been upgraded: in addition to the front-mounted laser radar, optional side- and rear-mounted units enable a full four-laser-radar configuration — matching the hardware specification of Li Auto L9 Livis. Dimensions measure 4935 × 1960 × 1735 mm, with a wheelbase of 2920 mm — length increased by 10 mm versus the current model.

The powertrain retains the 1.5T range-extender setup, with the engine's maximum output raised to 113 kW. Top speed climbs from 180 km/h to 200 km/h. Battery capacity increases from 36.8 kWh to 51 kWh, delivering a WLTC all-electric range of 234 km — surpassing both the current model's WLTC figure of 182 km and its CLTC range of 212 km.
