Jetour Automobile has announced it will host its second Fang Box Conference and new product launch event on June 26, officially unveiling the Jetour Freedom 7 PLUS and the all-new Shanhai T1 AWD Edition.

The Freedom 7 PLUS retains Jetour’s rugged ‘boxy’ design language: its front fascia integrates the grille and headlights for a wider visual stance; a bold front bumper and full-width upper grille amplify presence. Features including a floating roof, prominent black wheel arches, high ground clearance (approach angle 28°, wading depth 700 mm), and a rear-mounted ‘mini spare tire carrier’ underscore its off-road DNA. Inside, it features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and iFLYTEK Spark AI large language model, paired with a large floating touchscreen and digital instrument cluster. Power comes from a 2.0TGDI engine (187 kW / 390 N·m) mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and XWD fully automatic intelligent AWD system—equipped with BorgWarner’s sixth-generation torque management system and intelligent limited-slip differential lock.
The all-new Shanhai T1 AWD Edition retains the current model’s squared-off exterior and interior styling, with key upgrades focused on AWD capability: it continues to use Chery’s Kunpeng 1.5TD dedicated hybrid engine and a P1+P3+P4 triple-motor plug-in hybrid system, now enhanced with an electronically controlled dog-clutch differential lock.
