Hyundai has significantly lowered the price of its 2026 IONIQ 5 N high-performance electric vehicle, with the starting MSRP now at $59,900 — down $6,300 from the 2025 model (excluding the $1,600 destination fee).

As Hyundai N brand's first all-electric high-performance model, the IONIQ 5 N has drawn industry attention since launch; brands including Porsche and BMW are reportedly adopting some of its signature technologies. The 2026 model adds a native NACS charging port for direct compatibility with Tesla's Supercharger network; the N Drift Optimizer mode is upgraded to ten adjustable levels; dual-mode Level 1/Level 2 charging cables come standard, along with CCS-to-NACS adapters for both AC and DC fast charging. Exterior updates include a new Performance Blue Pearl paint option, and the rear window now features power operation. In N Grin Boost mode, peak output reaches 641 hp and 568 lb-ft (≈769 N·m) of torque — sustained for 10 seconds. The virtual shifting system, N e-Shift, paired with the N Active Sound System, replicates the auditory and haptic feedback of an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.
