Audi 2027 Q7 U.S. Model Price Hike: Starting at $72,200

The all-new 2027 Audi Q7 is set to launch in the U.S. market — but with a notable price hike. As a key model for Audi's sales recovery in America, this three-row mid-size SUV now starts at $72,195 (including destination fee), up $8,900 (+14%) from the 2026 model equipped with a 2.0T four-cylinder engine — and $3,300 higher than the previous-generation 3.0L V6 variant.

Notably, for the U.S. market, the 2027 Q7 is offered exclusively with a 2.9-liter turbocharged V6 engine. Built at Audi's Bratislava plant in Slovakia, the vehicle is subject to a 15% tariff on imports from EU countries — part of this cost has been passed on to consumers.

The mid-tier Premium Plus trim starts at $76,595, up $2,100 from the 2026 V6 version; the top-tier Prestige trim jumps to $86,195 — an increase of $8,000. All listed prices include destination fees.

The performance-oriented SQ7 also sees a price adjustment: the 2027 model is offered in a single configuration starting at $99,995. Compared to the 2026 model's dual trims — Premium Plus ($95,095) and Prestige ($101,095) — the new SQ7 features a comprehensively upgraded powertrain, now powered by a more potent V8 engine.

This pricing move isn't isolated. Last year, Audi raised prices across the 2026 model year lineup during its annual update — and introduced a complimentary three-year scheduled maintenance program to bolster appeal. That benefit carries over to the 2027 models. Beyond the Q7, Audi also adjusted prices for its entire 2027 U.S. lineup by $500–$1,400 per model.

Design-wise, the 2027 Q7 marks its second full redesign since launch, aligning its exterior and interior language more closely with the Q3 and Q5. Tech features are upgraded, materials feel more premium, and cargo volume has increased. The U.S. version offers both six- and seven-seat configurations. However, sales momentum remains elusive: in the first half of 2026, U.S. Q7 deliveries fell 23% year-on-year to 7,683 units — ranking third among Audi's U.S. models by volume.
