Recently, Porsche officially unveiled the images of the Taycan Turbo GT Custom Edition. Developed by Porsche's bespoke customization division Sonderwunsch, this vehicle was meticulously crafted for a long-standing Swiss customer — already the proud owner of three Porsche all-electric models. The commission fully reflects his personal interpretation of design language, material tactility, and driving philosophy.

The car's design draws inspiration from the interplay of light and shadow over Lake Lugano at dawn and dusk — the fleeting fusion of gilded water surfaces and warm orange hues forms the core aesthetic foundation for both exterior and interior design. The customization team iteratively refined this natural motif, transforming its fluid luminosity into tangible surface textures and cabin ambiance.

Exterior highlights include an exclusive 'Nordic Metallic Gold' paint finish, part of Porsche's premium bespoke color portfolio. This warm-toned gold-orange-red metallic hue pays homage to the iconic metallic gold finishes used on the 1970s 911 and 914, reinforcing continuity in the brand's design DNA. Color-contrast detailing abounds: a specially crafted Porsche emblem is embedded in the hood; high-gloss black accents appear on the outer rearview mirror housings, B-pillars, and adaptive rear spoiler; matte neodymium-metal-finish trim adorns the front bumper, side skirts, and outer rims of the 21-inch lightweight forged wheels — whose main surfaces are matte black and feature bespoke metal emblems.

The interior features a fully customized material palette: seats combine classic-grain black rock-gray leather, fine-textured light-limestone leather, and Race-Tex anti-slip fabric — layered to balance luxury and sporty support.
