Geely Xingyue L PLUS Preview Revealed! Dual Powertrains — Pure Gasoline and Hybrid — with Length Extended to 4,955 mm

GEELY Automobile recently released a preview video of the Geely MonjaroL PLUS via its official social media channels. Positioned as a flagship mid-to-large-size intelligent hybrid SUV (Autohome classifies it as a midsize SUV), the vehicle features an overall lengthened body and is expected to launch in the second half of 2026.

The new model measures 4,955 × 1,960 × 1,769 mm (L×W×H), with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm — notably larger than the current Geely MonjaroL. Its front fascia retains the vertical-slat grille design, accentuated by abundant chrome trim; the rear adopts a full-width taillight, delivering a more luxurious overall aesthetic. Both spy shots and official registration images confirm the inclusion of LiDAR sensors, suggesting the intelligent driving system may support high-level features such as urban NOA (Navigation-guided Driving Assistance).

Two powertrain options will be offered: a pure gasoline variant powered by a 2.0T engine producing a maximum output of 213 kW, with a top speed of 210 km/h and WLTC combined fuel consumption of 7.97–8.15 L/100 km; and a hybrid version featuring a dedicated 2.0T hybrid engine paired with a 3DHT transmission, where the engine delivers up to 160 kW and the top speed is 190 km/h — optimized for low fuel consumption. Final specifications and configurations will be confirmed at the official launch event.
