MAXUS
In 2009, SAIC Motor acquired British brand LDV and its subsidiary Maxus. While preserving its British heritage and technical strengths, SAIC repositioned the brand strategically and launched the wholly owned subsidiary SAIC Maxus in 2011. Maxus became the first brand under SAIC to implement a C2B (Customer-to-Business) innovation model, connecting customers digitally through internet and cloud technologies to co-create and customize vehicles and services.
