New Gonow Group, formerly known as Gonow Auto, was founded in 2003 as one of China’s earliest independent auto brands. In 2010, it partnered with GAC to form GAC Gonow, pioneering the mixed-ownership model between state and private enterprises. Rebranded as New Gonow in 2016, the company shifted focus to niche markets, specializing in RVs and new energy commercial vehicles, becoming a trailblazer in full industrial chain development within these segments.
