HUGEAUTO Pay currently supports major international payment methods including Alipay, AlipayHK, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tamara. More payment channels will continue to be added.

HUGEAUTO Pay protects payment security through bank-level encryption, PCI DSS compliance, real-time risk control, transaction tracking, and fund escrow. All transaction data is protected with AES-256 encryption. Abnormal transactions can be blocked within milliseconds by the AI-powered risk control system. Large transactions can also support escrow mode.

PC payment is suitable when users browse vehicle listings and place orders through a computer browser. The flow is: select payment method → display QR code → scan with mobile phone → confirm payment in the wallet app. App payment is suitable when users purchase vehicles through the HUGEAUTO mobile app. The flow is: confirm order details → select payment method → enter password or use biometric verification → complete payment. Both methods provide a consistent experience, and the system can automatically adapt based on the device being used.

The refund arrival time depends on the payment method and the time of the refund request. If the request is submitted before 23:30 on the same day, the refund usually arrives within 1-3 business days. If submitted after 23:30 on the same day, it usually arrives within 3-7 business days and may include a damage or loss fee. Arrival times vary by payment channel: Alipay / AlipayHK may arrive as fast as the same day, PayPal usually takes 2-5 business days, and Apple Pay / Google Pay usually takes 1-3 business days. HUGEAUTO Pay uses a real-time exchange rate plus transparent markup model. Exchange rates are sourced from authoritative foreign exchange data providers and updated in real time. A reasonable exchange rate service fee is charged on top of the real-time rate, usually 0.5%-2%. The payment confirmation page clearly displays the original currency amount, the real-time exchange rate, and the converted payment currency amount. If the exchange rate changes during refund processing, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original paid amount.

If you encounter any issue during payment, you can contact us through the following channels: the built-in 24/7 AI customer service on the HUGEAUTO platform, which can instantly answer most payment questions; email support at payment@hugeauto.cn with replies within 24 hours on business days; online customer service through the Message Center on the HUGEAUTO platform; and multilingual support in Chinese, English, Arabic, and more. For common issues, you can try the following: if payment times out, refresh the page or scan the QR code again; if payment fails, check your network connection and account balance; if the amount has been deducted but not received, wait 5-10 minutes and refresh the page.

Tamara is a popular Buy Now Pay Later payment solution in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia. Users do not need to pay the full amount immediately when placing an order and can choose 3 or 4 interest-free installments. No credit card is required, and users can use it after simple registration. It is suitable for vehicle buyers in the Middle East. Requirements include: the order amount must meet the minimum requirement, usually above USD 50; the Tamara account must complete identity verification; and on-time repayment will not affect the credit score. After selecting Tamara as the payment method, the system will guide users through the installment setup.
