Party Secretary of Qiantang District Visits Huge International to Inspect Vehicle Export Operations

On December 5, 2024, a delegation of government officials from Hangzhou visited Hangzhou     Huge International Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huge International") and its local automotive     warehouse for an inspection and guidance visit. Huge International Chairman Pan Jianhui and senior management     accompanied the delegation and held in-depth discussions on company development, export policy support in Hangzhou,     and the growth of the used car market.

During the visit, the     delegation first toured Huge International's headquarters, gaining insight into the company’s innovations in     full-chain auto trade services, tech development, and global strategy. The officials then visited Huge     International’s automotive warehouse in Hangzhou to observe its smart management systems and vehicle preparation     processes. The leaders highly praised the company's achievements in 2024, including the sale volume of 20,000     vehicles, self-developed technology platform, and multi-city warehousing, recognizing Huge as a “benchmark     enterprise for high-quality growth in Hangzhou’s auto trade sector.”

At the discussion session, Chairman Pan     Jianhui presented Huge International’s 2024 achievements:

1.Sales Milestone: A     total of 20,000 vehicles sold in 2024, with significant growth in both NEV (new energy vehicle) and used car     segments, alongside strong overseas market expansion.

2.Tech Empowerment:     Self-developed platforms including the Huge Auto website, Huge Auto App, Auto Translation Platform, and Trade ERP     System are now providing efficient and transparent full-chain services to clients and industry partners     worldwide.

3.Export Qualification: In April 2024, the company was officially     approved for used car export licenses, becoming the first private enterprise in Hangzhou to independently complete     customs clearance for used car exports. The first batch of 300 branded used vehicles was successfully exported     through Qianjiang Customs.

4.Warehousing Network: Established five major warehouses     in Shanghai, Tianjin, Taizhou, Ningbo, and Hangzhou, with a total area exceeding 100,000 square meters, ensuring     efficient and reliable delivery.

Chairman Pan emphasized that Hangzhou, as the     company’s headquarters, plays a crucial role in its growth thanks to its favorable business environment and policy     support. He stated: "Hangzhou is not only the starting point of our business, but also a strategic hub for our     expansion into global markets."

Focus on Hangzhou: Export Policies and the Development of the Used Car     Market

At the symposium, government officials provided a detailed overview     of Hangzhou’s recent policy support in the automotive trade sector, especially its innovative initiatives in used     car exports and the promotion of new energy vehicles. Officials pointed out that as one of the first pilot cities     for used car exports in China, Hangzhou has introduced multiple policies to encourage enterprises to expand into     overseas markets, including streamlining export procedures, offering logistics subsidies, and optimizing financial     services.

Officials further emphasized that Hangzhou will leverage its geographical     advantages and policy incentives to build a nationally leading automotive trade hub. They expressed hope that Huge     International, as an industry leader, would actively participate in the construction of the used car export base in     Hangzhou, contributing to the enhancement and upgrading of the local automotive trade industry chain.

After listening to the report,     government officials expressed strong approval of Huge International's future plans, stating: “Automotive trade is a     key driver of high-quality economic development. Huge International’s efforts in technological innovation, market     expansion, and industry empowerment have set a benchmark for the industry.”

    Officials stated that the government will continue to improve the business environment and increase policy support     for automotive trade enterprises, especially in areas such as used car exports, digital transformation, and     international logistics channel development. They also encouraged Huge International to strengthen collaboration     with the government and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain, jointly promoting the     high-quality development of Hangzhou's automotive trade sector.

This     research visit laid a solid foundation for government-enterprise cooperation. Chairman Pan stated that the company     would take this opportunity to deepen its cooperation with the government, actively participate in the construction     of Hangzhou’s used car export base and industry policy research, while also increasing investment in technological R&D     and expanding into international markets, contributing to the innovative development of the automotive trade     industry in Hangzhou and across China.
