Youngman Lotus

China Youngman Automobile Group consists of three sub-groups focused on commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and auto parts. It produces NEOPLAN buses, MAN heavy trucks, Lotus passenger cars, and automotive components. Group chairman Pang Qingnian is a senior economist, nationally recognized innovator, and influential Chinese business leader. The group has around 4,000 employees, including over 600 R&D personnel and more than 10 foreign experts. With headquarters in Jinhua, the group has production bases in Jinan, Tai'an, Lianyungang, and Quzhou. The Youngman Lotus sub-brand uses technology platforms from Malaysia’s Proton and receives chassis tuning and engineering support from the UK’s Lotus Engineering. Youngman is responsible for production, sales, and independent management.
