Founded in 2007 as a Sino-Israeli JV (Chery & Israel Corp), later acquired by Baoneng Group46. Headquartered in Jiangsu with R&D centers in Munich and Shanghai, its models (sedans, SUVs, NEVs) are renowed for the quality. Qoros 3 had achieved Euro NCAP 5-star safety ratings and win Red Dot Design Awards for several times. Financial crises post-2022 led to asset liquidation due to mismanagement and capital speculation.
